The planning committee for 2024 Food for the Soul met on Wednesday January 3rd to choose meals and dates for the upcoming months. Please be aware that the weeks and dinners are subject to change due to weather, church meetings and the like. At the meeting it was decided to honor those ladies who contributed to our excellent church meals or the Wesley Chapel cookbook. Below are the tentative dates for meal preparation and the delivery will be the following Friday.
January 17th—Ham, green beans and potatoes, rolls and applesauce
February 21 st —Chicken and biscuits, carrots, bread
March 20 th—Mindy Singo/Pam Weimer Breakfast Casseroles
April 17 th—Lorretta Sechler’s Chili Burger Supper, cornbread, pudding
May 15 th—Patti Pritt’s Chicken Noodle Parmesan Supper, bread, applesauce
NO June dinner
July 17th—Koval Subs (Fundraiser), chips and fruit
NO August dinner
September 18th—Spaghetti, bread, salad
October 16 th—Leora King’s Chicken Casserole, noodles/potatoes, pudding
November 13th—Sloppy Joe sandwiches, macaroni salad, fruit jello
December 11th—Soups, bread and fruit.
